Spectators at Thursday's league match between the Covington Buccs (Covington, OH) and the visiting Milton-Union Bulldogs (West Milton, OH), witnessed Covington's softball squad prevail over Milton-Union by a count of 16-6.

The Buccs now sport a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lehman Catholic for a Three Rivers match on Friday, April 26. Covington will meet a Cavaliers squad coming off a 7-6 league win over Riverside (De Graff, OH). The Cavaliers record now stands at 4-5.

With the loss, Milton-Union moves to 4-8 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Bethel (Tipp City, OH) to meet the Bees in a Three Rivers match on Friday, April 26. The Bees go into the match with a record of 5-6. Bethel won 13-2 in their recent league match against Troy Christian (Troy, OH)
