The Monroe Trojans softball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Dundee Vikings to 0 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Monroe improves its record to 5-7 on the year. The Trojans travel to Dexter (Dexter, MI) to clash with the Dreadnaughts in a Southeastern - Red game on Monday, April 29. The Dreadnaughts come into the game with a record of 2-2.

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Hillsdale Hornets (Hillsdale, MI) in a Lenawee County game, on Tuesday, April 30. Dundee will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record.
