The Ichabod Crane Riders softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Schalmont Sabres to 1 in the Riders league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Ichabod Crane moves its record to 10-0 on the year. The Riders host Depew (Depew, NY) to play the Wildcats in a non-league game on Saturday, April 27. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 6-1. Depew won 5-3 in their recent league game against Iroquois (Elma, NY)

In their next game, the Sabres play the Voorheesville Blackbirds (Voorheesville, NY) in a Section 2 Colonial game, on Friday, April 26. Schalmont will attempt to move on its 7-2 season record. The Blackbirds come into the game with a 2-6 record after their 14-0 league loss to Catholic Central (Troy, NY).
