The Marengo Indians softball team scored 20 runs and limited the host Woodstock Blue Streaks to 0 in the Indians league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Marengo improves its record to 17-3 on the year. The Indians travel to Lockport (Lockport, IL) to clash with the Porters in a non-league game on Saturday, April 27. The Porters come into the game with a record of 13-7.

In their next game, the Blue Streaks clash with the Richmond-Burton Rockets (Richmond, IL) in a Kishwaukee River game, on Monday, April 29. Woodstock will attempt to improve on its 0-16 season record. The Rockets come into the game with a 17-6 record after their 2-1 league loss to Harvard (Harvard, IL).
