In Thursday's league outing, the host Port Clinton Redskins softball team scored a close 5-2 win over the Vermilion Sailors.

Coming up next, the Redskins battle the Margaretta Polar Bears (Castalia, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - Bay outing, on Monday, April 29. Port Clinton will attempt to upgrade on its 11-6 season record. The Polar Bears enter the outing with a 14-7 record after their 6-2 non-league win over Bellevue (Bellevue, OH).
