The Summit Hilltoppers (Summit, NJ) softball routed the host Union Farmers (Union, NJ), 13-3 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Hilltoppers (6-6) will now prepare for their bout against Governor Livingston (Berkeley Heights, NJ). The Highlanders go into the non-league bout with a 11-4 record. In their last bout, Governor Livingston notched a victory over Elizabeth (Elizabeth, NJ), 6-3, in a league bout.

The Farmers now possess a 2-9 record. They play next when they host Dayton for a non-league bout on Friday, April 26. Union will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 4-1 league loss to Johnson (Clark, NJ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-4.
