The Classical Academy Caimans (Escondido, CA) baseball got by the visiting Santa Fe Christian Eagles (Solana Beach, CA), 3-2 in Friday's league challenge.

The Caimans now own a 8-11 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop's for a Coastal challenge on Monday, April 28. Classical Academy will clash with a Knights team coming off a 7-5 league win over La Jolla Country Day (La Jolla, CA). The Knights record now stands at 12-6.

With the defeat, Santa Fe Christian drops to 8-10 on the year. The Eagles host Francis Parker (San Diego, CA) to clash with the Lancers in a Coastal challenge on Monday, April 28. The Lancers go into the challenge with a record of 6-9. Francis Parker lost 4-3 in their recent league challenge against Maranatha Christian (San Diego, CA)
