Damascus Hornets (Damascus, MD) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Magruder Colonels (Rockville, MD), 6-4 in a league match.
With the triumph, Damascus moves its record to 12-2 on the season. The Hornets travel to Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD) to confront the Wolverines in a Montgomery County 3A/2A match on Monday, April 28. The Wolverines come into the match with a record of 1-3.
