Nebraska High School Baseball - Millard West nips Gretna

The Millard West Wildcats baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Gretna Dragons to 4 in the Wildcats non-league win on Friday.

The Wildcats now own a 15-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Elkhorn South for a non-league test on Saturday, April 26. Millard West will clash with a Storm team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Omaha Westside (Omaha, NE). The Storm record now stands at 10-7.

With the defeat, Gretna drops to 8-10 on the year. The Dragons host Gretna East (Gretna, NE) to clash with the Griffins in a non-league test on Monday, April 28. The Griffins go into the test with a record of 11-8. Gretna East won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Hastings (Hastings, NE)
