The Roybal Titans baseball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Hollywood Sheiks to 1 in the Titans league win on Friday.
The Titans now own a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they host Contreras for a Central test on Wednesday, April 30. Roybal will play a Cobras team coming off a 11-10 league loss to Robert F. Kennedy Community (Los Angeles, CA). The Cobras record now stands at 5-9.
With the defeat, Hollywood drops to 3-12 on the year. The Sheiks travel to Mendez (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Jaguars in a Central game on Wednesday, April 30. The Jaguars enter the game with a record of 6-11. Mendez won 4-3 in their recent non-league game against Gardena (Gardena, CA)
