Northwest Whitfield Bruins (Tunnel Hill, GA) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting Islands Sharks (Savannah, GA), 10-9 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Northwest Whitfield advances its record to 19-13 on the season. The Bruins host Islands (Savannah, GA) to battle the Sharks in a non-league match on Friday, April 25. The Sharks come into the match with a record of 11-16. Islands won 19-1 in their recent non-league match against Jenkins (Savannah, GA)

The Sharks now have a 11-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northwest Whitfield for a non-league match on Friday, April 25. Islands will battle a Bruins squad coming off a 12-2 league loss to Adairsville (Adairsville, GA). The Bruins record now stands at 17-13.
