In Friday's non-league bout, the Norwich Free Academy Wildcats (Norwich, CT) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting St. Bernard Saints (Uncasville, CT), by a tally of 9-2.
Next up, the Wildcats encounter the Lyman Memorial Bulldogs (Lebanon, CT) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 28. Norwich Free Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 2-4 record after their 8-5 non-league win over Plainfield (Central Village, CT).
The Saints (3-6) will now prepare for their bout against Fitch (Groton, CT). The Falcons enter the non-league bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, Fitch edged Woodstock Academy (Woodstock, CT), 6-0, in a league bout.
