The Sulphur Springs Wildcats baseball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Pleasant Grove Hawks to 3 in the Wildcats league win on Friday.
The Wildcats now own a 17-9 record.
With the defeat, Pleasant Grove drops to 22-4 on the year. The Hawks host New Diana (Diana, TX) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, April 26. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 19-6. New Diana won 12-4 in their recent non-league test against Mount Vernon (Mount Vernon, TX)
