Southern School of Energy and Sustainability Spartans (Durham, NC) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Vance County Vipers (Henderson, NC), 7-0 in a league match.

With the triumph, Southern School of Energy and Sustainability advances its record to 7-8 on the season. The Spartans travel to J.F. Webb (Oxford, NC) to battle the Warriors in a Northern Lakes Athletic 2A/3A match on Saturday, April 26. The Warriors come into the match with a record of 2-10. J.F. Webb lost 17-8 in their recent league match against Durham School of the Arts (Durham, NC)

The Vipers now have a 0-20 record.
