Fans at Friday's league contest between the Jefferson Grizzlies (Daly City, CA) and the host Woodside Wildcats (Woodside, CA), observed Jefferson's volleyball team top Woodside by a count of 3-1.

The Grizzlies (5-13) will now prepare for their contest against Capuchino (San Bruno, CA). The Mustangs enter the PAL - Ocean contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Capuchino was knocked off by South San Francisco (South San Francisco, CA), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Wildcats battle the Sequoia Ravens (Redwood City, CA) in a PAL - Ocean contest, on Wednesday, April 30. Woodside will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Ravens enter the contest with a 15-10 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to De La Salle (Concord, CA).
