In Friday's league outing, the visiting John Paul II Golden Warrriors soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Pinewood Prep Panthers.
The Golden Warrriors (10-4) will now prepare for their outing against Ashley Hall (Charleston, SC). The Panthers enter the SCISA AAA Region II outing with a 6-7 record. In their last outing, Ashley Hall tipped Northwood Academy (Charleston, SC), 5-2, in a league outing.
Next up, the Panthers confront the Porter-Gaud Cyclones (Charleston, SC) in a SCISA AAA Region II outing, on Tuesday, April 29. Pinewood Prep will attempt to improve on its 15-4 season record. The Cyclones enter the outing with a 20-2 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Academic Magnet (North Charleston, SC).
