In Friday's non-league bout, the Bridgman Bees (Bridgman, MI) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Dowagiac Chieftains (Dowagiac, MI), by a tally of 9-0.
Next up, the Bees encounter the River Valley Mustangs (Three Oaks, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 29. Bridgman will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record.
The Chieftains (1-5) will now prepare for their bout against St. Joseph (St. Joseph, MI). The Bears enter the non-league bout with a 2-6 record. In their last bout, St. Joseph was overwhelmed by Portage Northern (Portage, MI), 9-1, in a non-league bout.
