In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Carlsbad Cavemen/Cavegirls baseball team scored a close 9-3 victory over the Roswell Coyotes.
The Cavemen/Cavegirls (20-2) will now prepare for their game against Hobbs (Hobbs, NM). The Eagles enter the game with a 10-8 record. In their last game, Hobbs was overwhelmed by Clovis (Clovis, NM), 8-7, in a non-league game.
Next, the Coyotes face the Clovis Wildcats (Clovis, NM) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 29. Roswell will attempt to improve on its 6-10 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 6-13 record after their 8-7 non-league win over Hobbs (Hobbs, NM).
