Virginia High School Baseball - James Wood prevails Warren County

The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the James Wood Colonels (Winchester, VA) and the host Warren County Wildcats (Front Royal, VA), saw James Wood's baseball team gain a win over Warren County by a tally of 12-3.
The Colonels (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Kettle Run (Nokesville, VA). The Cougars go into the non-league challenge with a 6-1 record.
With the defeat, Warren County drops to 1-9 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Meridian (Falls Church, VA) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 30. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 8-4. Meridian won 15-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Sidwell Friends (Washington, DC)
