With the defeat, Monterey Trail drops to 0-9 on the year. The Mustangs host Elk Grove (Elk Grove, CA) to clash with the Thundering Herd in a test on Monday, April 28. The Thundering Herd go into the test with a record of 14-10. Elk Grove lost 9-6 in their recent non-league test against McClatchy (Sacramento, CA)
