Washington High School Softball - Columbia River sneaks past Ridgefield

The Columbia River Rapids softball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Ridgefield Spudders to 10 in the Rapids non-league win on Friday.
The Rapids now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodland for a non-league battle on Monday, April 28. Columbia River will confront a Beavers team coming off a 18-5 non-league loss to La Center (La Center, WA). The Beavers record now stands at 0-10.
With the loss, Ridgefield moves to 8-2 on the season. The Spudders host Mark Morris (Longview, WA) to confront the Monarchs in a non-league battle on Monday, April 28. The Monarchs come into the battle with a record of 5-3. Mark Morris won 17-0 in their recent non-league battle against Woodland (Woodland, WA)
