The Woodson Cavaliers triumphed over the visiting South County Stallions lacrosse team by a tally of 9-4 in Friday's league game.

Next up, the Cavaliers play the South Lakes Seahawks (Reston, VA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 26. Woodson will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record. The Seahawks come into the game with a 4-6 record after their 7-2 non-league win over West Springfield (Springfield, VA).

The Stallions (4-5) will now prepare for their game against Freedom (South Riding, VA). The Eagles come into the non-league game with a 7-3 record. In their last game, Freedom was overwhelmed by Gainesville (Gainesville, VA), 9-8, in a league game.
