The Brearley Bears softball squad (Kenilworth, NJ), was edged 2-1 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Dayton Bulldogs (Springfield, NJ)
With the triumph, Dayton improves its record to 7-8 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Metuchen (Metuchen, NJ) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Monday, April 28. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 0-8.
The Bears (1-10) will now prepare for their test against Verona (Verona, NJ). The Hillbillies go into the non-league test with a 8-4 record.
