The Dexter Tigers triumphed over the host Searsport Vikings softball squad by a count of 26-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers meet the Mattanawcook Lynx (Lincoln, ME) in a Class C North challenge, on Tuesday, April 29. Dexter will attempt to upgrade on its 2-0 season record. The Lynx enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 14-4 league win over Central (East Corinth, ME).
The Vikings (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Bangor Christian (Bangor, ME). The Patriots enter the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
