Pennsylvania High School Softball - Dunmore bounces Honesdale

April 25, 2025: Honesdale, PA 18431

In Friday's league match, the visiting Dunmore Bucks softball team scored a nice 9-1 win over the Honesdale Hornets.

The Bucks (8-5) will now prepare for their match against Mid Valley (Throop, PA). The Spartans come into the Lackawanna 3 match with a 13-1 record. In their last match, Mid Valley notched a victory over Old Forge (Old Forge, PA), 10-0, in a league match.

In their next game, the Hornets confront the Lakeland Chiefs (Jermyn, PA) in a Lackawanna 3 match, on Monday, April 28. Honesdale will attempt to better on its 2-11 season record. The Chiefs come into the match with a 5-7 record after their 7-5 league loss to Western Wayne (Lake Ariel, PA).
