The Highland Park Owls softball team scored 21 runs and held the visiting Timothy Christian to 11 in the Owls league win on Friday.

The Owls now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mother Seton for a non-league battle on Monday, April 28. Highland Park will encounter a Setters team coming off a 17-0 league loss to Wardlaw Hartridge (Edison, NJ). The Setters record now stands at 0-9.

With the loss, Timothy Christian moves to 1-3 on the season. The travel to South River (South River, NJ) to encounter the Rams in a GMC - Gold battle on Wednesday, April 30. The Rams come into the battle with a record of 4-7. South River lost 12-11 in their recent league battle against South Amboy (South Amboy, NJ)
