South Carolina High School Softball - Lexington bounces River Bluff

The Lexington Wildcats softball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting River Bluff Gators to 1 in the Wildcats league win on Friday.

The Wildcats now possess a 18-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Augusta for a non-league battle on Monday, April 28. Lexington will confront a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 11-3 league win over South Aiken (Aiken, SC). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 11-9.

With the loss, River Bluff moves to 6-11 on the season. The Gators host Spring Valley (Columbia, SC) to confront the Vikings in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 30. The Vikings come into the battle with a record of 2-15.
