California High School Softball - Poly bested by Verdugo Hills

The Verdugo Hills Dons triumphed over the host Poly Parrots softball squad by a count of 15-3 in Friday's league challenge.

Next, the Dons play the Westlake Warriors (Westlake Village, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 26. Verdugo Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 14-9 record after their 10-0 league loss to Oaks Christian (Westlake Village, CA).

The Parrots (6-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Arleta (Arleta, CA). The Mustangs enter the Valley Mission challenge with a 9-11 record. In their last challenge, Arleta was routed by Kennedy (Granada Hills, CA), 4-2, in a league challenge.
