The Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM) baseball trounced the visiting Taos Tigers (Taos, NM), 9-1 in Saturday's league challenge.
The Pintos now own a 12-8 record. They take the field next when they host Taos for a 4A District 2 challenge on Saturday, April 25. Moriarty will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 15-9 league win over Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Tigers record now stands at 8-12.
With the defeat, Taos drops to 8-14 on the year. The Tigers travel to Moriarty (Moriarty, NM) to clash with the Pintos in a 4A District 2 challenge on Saturday, April 25.
