The Stover Bulldogs (Stover, MO) baseball trounced the host Smithton Tigers (Smithton, MO), 15-5 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 3-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northwest for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 28. Stover will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Sacred Heart (Sedalia, MO). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-9.
With the defeat, Smithton drops to 0-18 on the year. The Tigers host Eugene (Eugene, MO) to clash with the Eagles in a Class 2 District 8 challenge on Monday, May 4. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 13-8.
