Granville Blue Aces (Granville, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Zanesville Blue Devils (Zanesville, OH), 18-2 in a league challenge.

The Blue Aces now own a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hayes for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 27. Granville will face a Pacers squad coming off a 7-1 league win over Westerville North (Westerville, OH). The Pacers record now stands at 12-2.

With the loss, Zanesville falls to 4-15 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Johnstown-Monroe (Johnstown, OH) to face the Johnnies in a Licking County challenge on Wednesday, April 28. The Johnnies enter the challenge with a record of 8-8. Johnstown-Monroe lost 20-7 in their recent league challenge against Lakewood (Hebron, OH)
