The Northern Guilford Nighthawks softball team scored 4 runs and limited the visiting Western Alamance Warriors to 3 in the Nighthawks league triumph on Monday.

The Cougars come into the game with a record of 9-3. Rockingham County won 5-1 in their recent league game against Morehead (Eden, NC)

In their next game, the Warriors play the Person Rockets (Roxboro, NC) in a Mid-State 3A game, on Wednesday, April 28. Western Alamance will attempt to move on its 10-3 season record. The Rockets come into the game with a 9-4 record after their 5-4 league win over McMichael (Mayodan, NC).
