Spectators at Tuesday's league battle between the Glass Hilltoppers (Lynchburg, VA) and the host Heritage Pioneers (Lynchburg, VA), saw Glass's baseball squad knock off Heritage by a count of 8-1.
Coming up next, the Hilltoppers play the Liberty Minutemen (Bedford, VA) in a Seminole battle, on Thursday, April 28. Glass will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record.
The Pioneers now possess a 3-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rustburg for a Seminole battle on Friday, April 29. Heritage will play a Devils squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Liberty Christian (Lynchburg, VA). The Devils record now stands at 8-5.
