In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Chardon Hilltoppers baseball team scored a tight 20-14 victory over the North Rangers.
The Hilltoppers (6-1) will now prepare for their game against South (Willoughby, OH). The Rebels go into the non-league game with a 1-2 record.
The Rangers (4-4) will now prepare for their game against St. Ignatius (Cleveland, OH). The Wildcats go into the non-league game with a 5-0 record. In their last game, St. Ignatius tipped Mayfield (Mayfield, OH), 14-4, in a non-league game.
