Next, the Pirates face the Dixon Bulldogs (Holly Ridge, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, April 27. Topsail will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 1-7 record after their 6-2 league loss to Swansboro (Swansboro, NC).

The Screaming Eagle now have a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Laney for a contest on Thursday, April 28. Ashley will face a Buccaneers team coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Pender (Burgaw, NC). The Buccaneers record now stands at 4-4.
