In Tuesday's league contest, the Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA) lacrosse squad routed the host Santana Sultans (Santee, CA), by a count of 16-1.
Coming up next, the Highlanders confront the Valhalla Norsemen (El Cajon, CA) in a Grossmont contest, on Thursday, April 28. Helix will attempt to advance on its 8-7 season record. The Norsemen come into the contest with a 11-3 record after their 11-5 league win over Monte Vista (Spring Valley, CA).
The Sultans now own a 1-10 record. They take the field next when they host El Capitan for a contest on Tuesday, May 3. Santana will confront a Vaqueros squad coming off a 9-8 league loss to Grossmont (El Cajon, CA). The Vaqueros record now stands at 5-9.
