Battle Mountain Huskies (Edwards, CO) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Palisade Bulldogs (Palisade, CO), 4-3 in a league challenge.

Next, the Huskies confront the Summit Tigers (Frisco, CO) in a 4A Western Slope challenge, on Thursday, April 28. Battle Mountain will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Woodland Park (Woodland Park, CO).

The Bulldogs now have a 2-9 record. They take the field next when they host Steamboat Springs for a 4A Western Slope challenge on Saturday, April 30.
