Interboro Buccaneers (Prospect Park, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Academy Park Knights (Sharon Hill, PA), 15-0 in a league challenge.
The Buccaneers now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chichester for a Delaware Valley challenge on Thursday, April 28. Interboro will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 10-3 league win over Penn Wood (Lansdowne, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-6.
With the loss, Academy Park falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Penn Wood (Lansdowne, PA) to battle the Patriots in a Delaware Valley challenge on Thursday, April 28.
