In Tuesday's league contest, the Bremen Braves (Midlothian, IL) softball team overwhelmed the host Thornton Fractional North Meteors (Calumet City, IL), by a margin of 17-1.
With the triumph, Bremen moves its record to 4-16 on the year. The Braves host Blue Island Eisenhower (Blue Island, IL) to play the Cardinals in a South Suburban contest on Wednesday, April 27. The Cardinals come into the contest with a record of 2-12. Blue Island Eisenhower lost 22-6 in their recent league contest against Richards (Oak Lawn, IL)
In their next game, the Meteors play the Thornton Fractional South TBA (Lansing, IL) in a South Suburban - Blue contest, on Tuesday, May 10. Thornton Fractional North will attempt to move on its 0-9 season record.
