The Vikings now own a 18-1 record. They take the field next when they host Jacksonville for a Big East 3A/4A challenge on Thursday, April 28. D.H. Conley will battle a Cardinals squad coming off a 5-3 league win over Havelock (Havelock, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 8-9.

With the loss, J.H. Rose falls to 6-11 on the campaign. The Rampants travel to Northside - Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC) to battle the Monarchs in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 27. The Monarchs enter the challenge with a record of 0-12. Northside - Jacksonville lost 24-3 in their recent league challenge against New Bern (New Bern, NC)
