Mogadore Wildcats (Mogadore, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Southeast Pirates (Ravenna, OH), 11-8 in a league challenge.

The Wildcats now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to John F. Kennedy Catholic for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 29.

With the loss, Southeast falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Waterloo (Atwater, OH) to battle the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 27. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 3-4. Waterloo won 12-2 in their recent league challenge against Lowellville (Lowellville, OH)
