Kansas High School Softball - Sylvan-Lucas holds off Skyline

The Sylvan-Lucas Mustangs the host Skyline Thunderbirds softball squad by a final score of 9-7 in Tuesday's non-league battle.

The Mustangs (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Skyline (Pratt, KS). The Thunderbirds go into the Heart of the Plains battle with a 2-10 record. In their last battle, Skyline by Bucklin (Bucklin, KS), 18-8, in a league battle.

The Thunderbirds now possess a 2-12 record. They play next when they host Sylvan-Lucas for a Northern Plains battle on Tuesday, April 26. Skyline will confront a Mustangs squad coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Republic County (Belleville, KS). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-6.
