Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Adirondack Wildcats (Boonville, NY) and the visiting Herkimer Magicians (Herkimer, NY), saw Adirondack's baseball squad knock off Herkimer by a count of 18-4.

Coming up next, the Wildcats play the Frankfort-Schuyler Maroon Knights (Frankfort, NY) in a Section 3 Center State III battle, on Friday, April 28. Adirondack will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Maroon Knights enter the battle with a 3-3 record after their 14-1 non-league loss to Central Valley Academy (Ilion, NY).

The Magicians now possess a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Canajoharie for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 4.
