The Avon Old Farms Beavers the host Kent School Lions baseball team by a count of 8-4 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Beavers now possess a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Trinity-Pawling School for a Founders bout on Thursday, April 27. Avon Old Farms will face a Pride team coming off a 5-3 league loss to Taft School (Watertown, CT). The Pride record now stands at 3-5.
Next, the Lions face the Kingswood Oxford Wyverns (West Hartford, CT) in a Founders bout, on Saturday, April 29. Kent School will attempt to move on its 0-12 season record. The Wyverns enter the bout with a 6-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Hotchkiss School (Lakeville, CT).
