The Cristo Rey Jesuit Cristeros baseball team scored 20 runs and limited the visiting Christ the King Gladiators to 6 in the Cristeros league victory on Wednesday.

The Cristeros (1-7) will now prepare for their match against Holy Trinity (Chicago, IL). The Tigers go into the Chicago Prep match with a 15-7 record. In their last match, Holy Trinity gained a win over Walther Christian Academy (Melrose Park, IL), 7-2, in a league match.

The Gladiators (0-5) will now prepare for their match against Rochelle Zell Jewish (Deerfield, IL). The Tigers go into the Chicago Prep match with a 3-6 record. In their last match, Rochelle Zell Jewish was overwhelmed by Ida Crown Jewish Academy (Chicago, IL), 4-3, in a league match.
