The Dunbar Poets crushed the visiting Forest Park Foresters baseball team by a count of 24-4 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Poets now possess a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Edmondson-Westside for a Baltimore City Division II bout on Friday, April 28. Dunbar will face a Red Storm team coming off a 14-5 league loss to Douglass (Baltimore, MD). The Red Storm record now stands at 1-4.
Next, the Foresters face the Carver Vo-Tech Bears (Baltimore, MD) in a Baltimore City Division II bout, on Thursday, April 27. Forest Park will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record. The Bears enter the bout with a 9-0 record after their 13-1 league win over Douglass (Baltimore, MD).
