Connecticut High School Baseball - Westminster School nudged by Loomis Chaffee School

The Loomis Chaffee School Pelicans baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Westminster School Martlets to 7 in the Pelicans league victory on Wednesday.

The Pelicans (8-1) will now prepare for their match against Hotchkiss School (Lakeville, CT). The Bearcats go into the Founders match with a 0-8 record. In their last match, Hotchkiss School was edged by Kingswood Oxford (West Hartford, CT), 3-0, in a league match.

The Martlets (8-2) will now prepare for their match against Trinity-Pawling School (Pawling, NY). The Pride go into the Founders match with a 3-6 record. In their last match, Trinity-Pawling School was edged by Avon Old Farms (Avon, CT), 12-2, in a league match.
