The First Flight Nighthawks smashed the host Hertford County Bears soccer squad by a margin of 9-0 in Wednesday's league match.

The Nighthawks now sport a 13-3 record. They play next when they host Landstown for a non-league match on Friday, April 28. First Flight will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 6-0 league win over Bayside (Virginia Beach, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-6.

With the loss, Hertford County drops to 0-10 on the season. The Bears travel to Camden County (Camden, NC) to encounter the Bruins in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A match on Monday, May 1.
