Woods Charter Wolves (Chapel Hill, NC) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host River Mill Jaguars (Graham, NC), 9-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Wolves confront the Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 27. Woods Charter will attempt to move on its 13-1 season record. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a 12-3 record after their 3-1 league win over Bethany (Summerfield, NC).
The Jaguars now possess a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chatham Charter for a Central Tar Heel 1A challenge on Thursday, April 27. River Mill will confront a Knights team coming off a 5-0 league loss to Clover Garden School (Burlington, NC). The Knights record now stands at 1-9.
