Colorado High School Lacrosse - Douglas County drops to Arvada West

April 26, 2023: Castle Rock, CO 80104

In Wednesday's league test, the visiting Arvada West Wildcats lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-5 victory over the Douglas County Huskies.

The Wildcats now have a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they host Smoky Hill for a 5A League #1 test on Friday, April 28. Arvada West will face a Buffaloes squad coming off a 8-5 league loss to Eaglecrest (Centennial, CO). The Buffaloes record now stands at 4-9.

In their next game, the Huskies face the Heritage Eagles (Littleton, CO) in a 5A League #1 test, on Friday, April 28. Douglas County will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 5-7 record after their 14-1 league loss to Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO).
